Warehouse Space for Rent
Hi all
Having recently sold our mailing business, we have 3 units on the Lakeside Estate, Neptune Close, that will be available for short or long term rental, subletting or lease assignment.
If anyone is looking for additional or new space on the MCE please let me know. We are currently refurbishing the units and these will be ready by the end of January. Two of the units have about 3 years left on the leases, and the other is more suitable for a short term let as the head lease expires in June this year.
Two units are around 3500 sq ft, the other is about 2500 sq ft. Each has two separate office areas and toilet facilities. Currently they are joined, so a total space of around 9500 sq ft, but can easily be separated if only one unit is required.

Following on from my earlier message, we do still have 2 units for subletting/lease assignment on the Lakeside Estate, Neptune Close. The main dilapidations on these units have been completed and they are ready to be used (subject to landlord approval).
The units are currently joined (an opening for forklifts) so offer 6000 sq ft together, or 3500 and 2500 as separate units.
We can offer below market rate rents for these units, so they make an attractive proposition for companies looking for extra space on either a short or long term basis.
