Rubbish on the Medway City Estate

Do other employees/employers feel the same, I have worked on the estate for 7 years and have seen the rubbish problem increasing over the years. MCE is a private estate with many landlords and there doesn't seem to be a solution to this problem. If you visit the Gillingham Business Park it is in excellent order and puts MCE to shame which is not the way to encourage more businesses to move here, has anyone any ideas how this problem could be solved so that we could all work in a better environment?

A possible link to the Boy Racers and the like who visit MCE and dispose of all their McD and other rubbish wherever they are parked at the time.

Not so sure rubbish bins work as they are also freely dotted around some locations but these people do not seemed to have the brain cells to consider that if they were to look after the area no one would be objecting to their presence.
